Jay-z's Blueprint 3 album pushed up!

Jay-Z's highly anticipated The Blueprint 3 album has reportedly been moved from its original September 11th release date to the same day as Def Jam's The Blueprint Collector's Edition.

According to reports, the album will now drop three days earlier than expected.

Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 becomes the latest superstar album release to shuffle its release date, according to date changes on Amazon.com, Rhapsody.com and WEA's distribution Web site. The Roc Nation set, originally scheduled for release on Sept. 11, has been pushed forward to Sept. 8. The title was intended to drop on Sept. 11, on the eighth anniversary of the first Blueprint's release. Representatives for Jay-Z and Roc Nation could not be reached for comment at deadline. (Billboard)

Def Jam will be re-releasing Hov's Blueprint and Blueprint 2 on the same day.

Now that Jay-Z has left Def Jam, Hov's former label is looking to cash in on Jay one last time. Def Jam will release The Blueprint Collector's Edition consisting of Jigga's first two classic albums, The Blueprint and The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse. Much like Mariah's collector's set, Jay-Z's edition will be packaged in a collectible slipcase with a poster. There will be space to insert a third CD. The Blueprint Collector's Edition releases September 8, three days before The Blueprint 3 arrives on Friday, September 11 through Atlantic Records. (Rap-Up)

Prior to the album leaking last week and Hov streaming it online for free via Rhapsody and MTV, the rapper spoke with DJ Drama earlier this summer about Blueprint 3's release.

"Yeah, pretty much [it's done]," Jay revealed last July. "You know I still tweak it. I made 'PSA' [and it] was the last record I made on The Black Album and 'Give It To Me' was the last record I made on Dynasty. So, I'm always open to recording new records. It's pretty much done, it could go out the door right now. September 11th, the first date, it's the anniversary of the original one, of course it's a tragedy as well so we're going to be doing a lot of great things with charities and everything." (Hot 107.9)

Although it will not be available at retail stores until Tuesday, Hov has provided fans with a free stream-only version of Blueprint 3.

Rhapsody and MTV are the exclusive places to hear the new Jay-Z album, The Blueprint 3, starting September 1, nearly two weeks prior to official release date -- Rhapsody will be the exclusive retailer for The Blueprint 3 from September 8-10, prior to official September 11 release date -- Two exclusive bonus tracks will be available from Rhapsody on September 8 -- Rhapsody collaborates with Jay-Z on TV advertisements promoting the new album -- Rhapsody to premiere a 60-second customized Jay-Z advertisement in 2009 MTV VMAs. (Hip Hop Press)
I honestly think it was pushed up cuz everyone is going ham bootlegging this masterpiece of an album

Joe Budden was put in a click!

Joe Budden was reportedly attacked by Wu-Tang Clan rapper Raekwon's entourage Saturday (August 8) night after a performance in California.
Click here to find out more!

While details are still scarce, Joey resorted to a live blog to explain what went down.

"It was such a sucker punch," Budden said in a live broadcast. "Rae didn't punch me. For the people just joining us that would like to know what happened...I'm trying to figure out how this could happen...Just need to let n*ggas know, that I'm all right. I know how the Internet is. It moves 20 times faster than real life...It's gonna look like some other crazy sh*t that didn't take place, I must really love you guys...Them n*ggas came in here like Storm Troopers and sh*t. They made a grand entrance...They asked me a whole bunch of questions that they didn't want to know the answers to...it was like an interview gone wrong. My whole thing is, I would have had the most utmost respect for that n*gga if he would have been like, 'Eh, take a walk with me.' I just don't really know how these guys think they can do a show right after. How you gonna perform after that?...Now it's not Slaughterhouse versus Wu-Tang, it's definitely not that. It takes that leverage away. I'm definitely sexy still." (Blog TV)

Reports of the attack landed online immediately following the incident.

Joey was streaming from Rock The Bells backstage in LA when Rae & his people bumrushed in and somebody punched Budden in the eye. Rae's people were recording for IceWaterTV. Joey says there won't be any diss tracks. (Nah Right)

Raekwon previously spoke on his issues with Joey earlier this year.

"I don't like Joe Buddens," Raekwon explained in an interview. "First and foremost, I never knew him and I ain't really trying to make this no campaign, like 'cause he know he can't f*ck with me but I'm just saying that at the end of the day I feel like he was wrong as a man before anything because number one, if you saying you got love for a n*gga, you don't assassinate the n*gga." (Rock Me TV)

Rae also questioned Joey's rhyming skills last May.

"You can't give that n*gga no shine, man," Raekwon said in an interview. "First of all, everybody know that he's not even nowhere near n*ggas, you know what I mean? I ain't got nothing against Joe Budden, I don't know him, I don't care for him like that, but when he mentioned one of my brothers, it's like 'Yo, you outta character, B.' And on a real note, you're not better than anybody over here. So you know, to me, that was just something I feel he jumped in the pool with no water and didn't realize he made a mistake, but that's not my problem, he ain't mention me." (Akira The Don)

I personally listen to Joe Budden on the regular and think it was a sucka move for Wu-Tang to move in on him like such. Mood Muzik 3 was a classic. So now slaughterhouse gets involved....Check out what Slaughterhouse member Royce da 5'9'' had to say about the ordeal.

This situation seems far from over so Ill def keep everybody posted!!!

Premie baby wakes in the middle of own funeral!!!

SASKATCHEWAN (CBC) - A Paraguayan father mourning the death of his premature baby was shocked to learn his son was still alive when he heard crying coming from the temporary box holding the infant's supposed remains.

"I opened it to look at his remains and found that the baby was breathing," Jose Alvarenga, 25, recounted. "I began to cry."

The infant, born nearly three months early on Thursday and weighing just over a pound, was rushed back to the same hospital, Central del Instituto de Previsión Social, where he had been born hours before.

Staff there had reportedly spent an hour trying to revive him after birth but declared him dead after being unable to detect any vital signs.

The father says he was at the family home in Fernando de la Mora for the baby's wake when he reportedly heard crying from the box.

The mother, Isabel Rossana Cáceres, 24, was still in hospital recovering from the birth. The infant is in stable condition in the intensive care unit.

Hospital officials said they plan to investigate the incident.

"This is a very unusual case," the head of pediatric care at the hospital, Ernesto Weber, told the Agence France-Presse news agency. This is bananas!!!

Shyne almost home!

Incarcerated rapper Jamal "Shyne" Barrow reported to court today (August 4) for a parole hearing and was granted a two-and-a-half years post-release supervision ruling upon leaving prison this fall.
Click here to find out more!

The rapper's attorney, Oscar Michelin, confirmed the court's decision this afternoon.

A Manhattan judge signed an order that will see former Bad Boy recording artist Shyne receive two-and-a-half years of post-release supervision stemming from his 2001 conviction and sentencing in the infamous Club New York case. An attorney for Shyne -- born Jamal Barrow but now going by Moses Levi after converting to Judaism while in prison -- said that the order marked one of the last remaining hurdles in the way of his client's release from prison in October. "He's about 90 percent of the way home now," Michelin said. (MTV)

His lawyer broke the news of today's parole hearing in an interview this week.

"What happened was when they sentenced him [in March of 2001] they didn't sentence him to any parole post release supervision, which was mandatory," he said in an interview. "So the Correction Department has asked the court to re-sentence him under the law they can do that...The judge will decide whether to give him the maximum parole, which is five years, or the minimum parole, which is two-and-a-half years. Shyne will automatically have to do at least a year-and-a-half, which is how much of [the] 10 year [sentence remains] [Shyne] still owes the balance to the 10. But, [the district attorney] also [has] been looking to add to that [time] as well" (Hip Hop DX)

Shyne's time behind bars stemmed from a shoot-out at a New York City nightclub nearly ten years ago.

The fracas broke out on December 27, 1999, at a Manhattan nightclub where Shyne, Sean "Diddy" Combs with then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez and their entourage had been partying. Around 3 a.m., Combs and Shyne allegedly began arguing with another group of patrons. Someone threw money at Combs, a gesture of disrespect, and guns started going off. Three bystanders were shot. Shyne, who police found with a pistol in his waistband, was arrested after bystanders identified him as one of the shooters. Shyne received a 10-year prison. Barrow has always claimed he acted in self-defense and only fired his gun after the other group, Matthew "Scar" Allen and his crew began shooting. (About)

His rise to fame came from an association with Diddy's Bad Boy label.

Shyne was well-known among the public before Bad Boy Records even released his debut -- which was, for many years, his only -- album. That album charted well, thanks in part to all the media attention he'd garnered over the years, and he showcased a remarkable talent for rapping despite his young-twenty-something age. The album wasn't an especially memorable work, however, and Shyne remained far better-known for his story than for his music. (All Music)

Shyne is reportedly set to be released Tuesday, October 6th.

Best I ever had??? Drake says they'll be better

Drizzy chose to forgo another Yeezy-directed video out of sensitivity for his female fan base.

"That career move was very important to me," he said in an interview. "We've done such a great job of building it all up. It's kind of like people were getting this impression of me that I'm never gonna make a mistake...If you listen to the song, I'm not saying the most graceful thing in the world. It's not the most heartfelt song...I guess one thing I didn't consider is what the song personally means to a lot of women...To those women, I apologize. I do apologize. My intention wasn't to put anyone down. It was to make them laugh. I wanted people to see something visually different." (MTV)

He previously defended the deeper meaning behind the controversial music video.

"The concept of the video is, I'm a coach at a high school and the girls of my life are all on my high school basketball team," he explained. "Throughout the video you see us prepping for this big championship game, and my team ends up losing. You see the looks on their faces at the end of the video, but the moral of the story, I guess, is win or lose, you can still be the best to somebody. When women see the video and see all the breast and ass, hopefully they don't take offense. Hopefully they see the real meaning." (Complex)

Juelz Santana expressed his initial shock to watching the music video.

"A!I just saw the Drake Video.I was Disappointed i think it could of been better. Jus my Otwinion. The song is still hot tho the Chicks was bad" (Juelz Santana's Twitter) In my opinion this may be the best video I've ever seen lmao...

Hello World!!!

whats good its ya boy Tim Parham checkin in with yall for the first time! Right now im at the crib in chicago tryin 2 figure out where im playin overseas this season...This can be a very stressful time but ya boy gonna get thru it with the many options im facing...Last year I was in Turkey doing the damn thang...averaged 14 pts and 11 rebs a game...They dont call me Mr. Double Double for nothing...My signature stat line is always atleast 10 pts and 10 rebs....About me tho, as u probably already know i play pro ball overseas, i love music, and video games...Typical i guess but too bad! Not too long ago I played in the eurobasket summer league and did my thang! The first game i had 11 pts and 10 rebs...Kinda low I know but i barely played because we won by almost 30 pts...all my points was dunks and power lay ups and i didnt even play the 4th quarter so u do the math! 2nd Game i had 17 pts and 10 rebs with 3 blks in a losing effort..In the 3rd place game i had a camp high 30 pts and another camp high 15 rebounds in a thrashing against my opponentThe write included I was "virtually impossible to guard"...So we ended up 3rd place in a camp with 10 teams...I recieved 1st team all tournament honors, as well as all big man, and i was labeled the best big man in the whole camp...Just another notch under my belt of achievements.. check it out for urself http://www.usbasket.com/Eurobasket-Summer-League/basketball.asp?NewsID=166528

I try to stay very humble and focus on my dream, and now yall get to follow me! Lets get it!!!
