March 18th...A star was born

Had a birthday last month and had a great time. Kicked it at Bull & Bear sports bar downtown chi with the homies Floyd n Taj, the went to Green Dolphin. I barely remember anything after entering Dolphin but I will tell you this!...I had a blast!!!!!!!!! Still accepting gifts ;)

Major Moves: The kid did motion capture for NBA 2K11

In early March the good folks from 2k sports gave me a great opportunity in actually using my moves, movements, and dunks to be installed in the upcoming installment of the NBA 2k series...They knew everything about me prior to me coming and showed me alot of love! What i did was called motion-capture in which I put on a motion capture suit with all these shiny sensors. Even the shoes had sensors...The shoot consisted of two 8-hour days of mo-cap.It was kinda crazy because it was initially supposed to be 3 of us and we'd be taking turns and alternating. The idea was to simulate real NBA activity...Well, when I got down there they had told me one guy cancelled at the last minute, So it was 2 of us. Then within the first 10 mins of the 8 hour shoot, the other guy rolled his ankle. He was done for the rest of the shoot! So that means i had to do 8 hours of motion capture by myself. Not as easy as it sounds but ima get alot of air-time on the game. If yall know how I play yall wil recognize it on the game..NBA 2k11 which will be released this fall is supposed to be "the best basketball video game ever made". Glad I could help a bit :)

TP in Japan...

After a stint with the Tulsa 66ers I took my game to the prestigious Hamamatsu Phoenix of the Japanese league. I did very well and was a starter which was a big deal since we had 6 americans and the #1 team in Japan...The Japanese culture was very diff from America. I had a great time there but my season came to an abrupt hault on Jan 14th 2010 when I fractured and cracked my wrist... OUCH #Roadtorecovery Ive been exposed to nothing but basketball since the injury, since i cant play yet just been a student of the game. Anythang is plenty mane

Ya boy got drafted!!!

First off I wanna thank God, he is truly amazing. Yesterday I was the 1st pick of the 8th round of the NBDL draft! Words cannot express how stressful it is waiting on your name to be called. Sittin in front of my laptop sweating bullets lmao... Def a experience Ill remember forever. I was in the situation in 2006 but was called mid draft. Me slipping in the draft just will put an even bigger chip on my shoulder as I approach training camp. Lets get it!

Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

What up yall...Aint wrote a log in a while so Im back to do just that and keep ya abreast of whats been goin on with me....Recently I was in mini camp with the Chicago Bulls. I opened the eyes of the staff and the players to the point I was considered for the training camp and pre season!! I showed them ow hard I can work and how far I came since my stint with them I had as a player in their annual summer league in '06. I was honored to attend strenuous workouts, drills, and pick up games with te Chicago Bulls. Very Good experience people!! I feel like Im so close right now I can taste it! I now train everyday and my regimen is to get better and get ready for the D-league draft which is November 5th.... The bulls spoke highly of me to many team owners and GM's. I feel if I lead the D-league in rebounds Ive proved my point drastically in belonging in the NBA...Its my dream and Im full speed ahead...Closer than Ive ever been. Shout out to coach Mike Wilhelm of the Chicago Bulls for taking a chance and believing in me. Shout out to fellow Chicagoan D-Rose for those nice passes. He makes everybody better! Shout out to my boys Taj and JJ, Luol, and Pargo too..
